We had a Albuquerque New Mexico Newborn Photographer 2 Month Session in our studio this weekend. Unfortunately Covid kept me away from my little nephew, but I was so glad we were finally able to meet. And we can’t meet without a mini session of him modeling for me.
Here is one of his big brothers newborn session. And here is his 2 month old session, the first one was virtual. 🙂
I have been the family photographer since I can remember. Covid-19 has been rough on so many. For me it has just been hard not be there for the big milestones. My sister in law, my best friend, and I have been together for every huge moment in each others lives. The past year, I missed most of her 3rd pregnancy, the birth, the first giggles, the first steps. I am grateful my sister and nephew are safe and healthy, but I miss them so much. I am constantly praying for the day we can be together again. I can’t wait to snuggle my almost 1 year old nephew.
This is not only the case with my family, but is also the case with my clients. I for the most part was able to take outdoor images, that I normally would in the fall. The outdoor shoots were less worrisome. But for my littlest and tiniest clients that we would normally shoot in my home studio, indoors, it was time for a break. Thankfully the break is over. But it was what was best for the time. So much unknown and uncertainty. I did not want to risk the healthy of my many clients, but it hurt so bad not so be able to capture these special moments for them. You can bet I still want to see them 1 year later. Come on in!
