As an Albuquerque Newborn Photographer | What to wear during your session should never be stressful. One of the most difficult part for my own portraits is deciding what to wear during our own family sessions.
But as an Albuquerque Newborn Photographer | What to wear during your session should be
as simple as “try it on!” I mean, how awesome is it if you as a new or expecting mama do not have to go from store to store to find that “perfect” dress to wear during your maternity session or newborn session. With my maternity and newborn photography sessions my gowns in the client closet are yours to choose from. Not only that but you can come before your session to make sure I have one that fits your style and body type.
If you prefer to shop on your own and find a gown that you can keep or resale after your session I can forward you to some amazing maternity and portrait gown sites. They have gowns that would compliment your images the best. Here are a couple: Sew Trendy, Pink Blush, and Belly Baby Wear, to name a few.
My best suggestion while looking for dresses would be to find a form fitting gown. Not necessarily tight, just something that flows along the curves. Silhouette or chiffon style are very much in.
If you are really embracing your baby baring body, we can simply use silk cloths to hug your curves. And even more sexy, try for implied nude images. Skip the clothes altogether! I feel the is the best confidence booster. We, as mamas, never see our bodies as beautiful as they are doing this season of our lives. I would love for opportunity to capture it for you. Dads can even join in. They can be shirtless and snuggle you close, or keep on a simple white tee to keep focus on your belly or your baby.
